Anyoe else dealt with these rainbows? The Lotus's also seem like a good choice. I wish I could hear them before I buy them, and see how loud they are/distortion and all of those goodies.

Did you read any of the reviews at http://www.diymobileaudio.com/forum/

There is a lot of useful info there where people have compared the ranbows, CDT's, SEAS, ect. There is hours of reading to be had there!

Polk SR6500. Named the highest ranked 6.5" in a recent Car Audio and electronics review. I have heard them and they are incredible. (although I was comapring them to focal, JL, and Boston Pros and can't say I have heard the rest mentioned. I will say they are the best i have heard, and IMO cheap to boot at $800 retail.
