Components Choices & Questions

Ok, I am down to 2 choices for my components:

1. CDT HD62

2. Focal 165K2P

Which one is better in you opinion?

In addition, do you think run 80W into these speakers will sound ok?

I am debating whether I should be running any rear fills. If not, I will just bridge the amp and it will be me 300W x 2, but will this be too much for the speakers to handle?

I haven't heard the focals but my cdt hd-62cf comp set sounds amazing. Very balanced response and very musical sound. I am only pushing 75 watts right now before I bridge my amp to 300 watts for each speaker. The cdt's are pretty much impossible to beat for the price.
