Components and amp under $300

I am looking for a set of 5.25" componets with good SQ and an amp to run them on for under $300. Any suggestions?

pg xenon x5.0 comps with a pg x200.2 amp.. comps 100(Ebay) amp $140(ebay) =$240 prices includes shipping.. i have heard decent things about the xenon comps.. good for entry level... the crystal sscs6 comps are about $160 delivered(ikesound) but are 6.5s not 5.25s.. i have read great things about them and would still be right at $300
