Ok so basically I have 700 dollars to spend that includes shipping. I need everything from cd player to 6 1/2's to 6x9's and subs amp and box. I cant make my own box because I have tried that and it just dont work. I have plenty of space in my car so thats not a issue and also I want it to be as loud as possible. Anybody who can help me thank you very much and also can you give me the website link to all of your suggestions because I might order tonight.

Cd players = overrated. lol jk. Yea, totally forgor about that... Scratch my entire idea... I didnt even factor in a second battery :/
