Each of the mids has a scuff on the surround. On one of them where the scuff is, it appears to have a small cut on the surround. Nothing that will audibly affect sound/operation.

The tweeters are in very good condition.

On both crossovers the two top mounting tabs are chipped, but can still be mounted.
