You havent answered one of the things we need to know for us to help you just keep jumping for sub to sub asking will this work? So by all means if you think you can handle it by yourself get after it and prove us wrong but judging by your first post you cant even setup a basic system let alone a comp vehicle hitting 150's...

I think people are trying to help I think the issue is that you are full of crap and thought you could impress someone with your ideas for a 150db+ setup when its clear you have not even the basic knowledge of how car audio works nor do you really wanna know. Go read up alil then come back with a different attitude and less BS. SMD is full of people like you so that may be where you need to go cause we not impressed here..

Don't be so butt-hurt. We asked you how many times which organization you are looking to compete in so we can help you. For 4 pages, people have been trying to ask you questions and give you answers but you won't give us the necessary information. You spout off 30 different subs and sizes and talk about wanting to throw a bunch together to try and get loud. I have been doing this hobby for years and am still a novice at it so to come in and think you will get a couple answers and spend a day building and installing two 12's, a 10, and some 8's and hit 150's on music is ridiculous. The best thing you can do is either a) give us the info we need so we can help you or b) do what you want and see how it works out. I have a feeling I know what the answer is going to be since you won't help us help you.

Alright lets start again... I would like to have a 150 db daily driver. Forget about competition right now. I drive a 99 ford ranger ext. cab. stock everything. I found a 250 amp alt that will fit. I am going to put that in along with the big three. I would LIKE to get a setup that would get at least close to 150 db... Right now I am looking at an atomic apx 18. Can anyone give some advice on amp(s) and a sub and box. I would like to stick with one sub just for the simplicity. Cab dimensions for box are 18" wide, 45 inches long and 20-25 inches tall. Please help me set up a loud system.

A 150 on music is no joke and u better have some deep pockets. But to burp a 150@40-50hz well that's not so hard.
