Common ground distro blocks

Ok, opening myself up for some ridicule I know but I just want to be sure I set up my system properly. My question is on common ground blocks.

I'm using 4 ga wire for two amps, possibly a cap (dunno after all the neg stuff I've read here about caps). Most of the ground blocks I see are 4 ga in and 8 ga out. I 've seen some that say one 4 ga in and two 4 ga out so here's the silly question. Are the "outputs" still useful as "inputs" ... meaning can I ground both amps (cap too if I install it) to the three different ports (one input, two output) of the block?

Ok, few laughs expected but please someone explain for me so I can do this right. Thanks ...

the current doesn't read the signs anyways...just like it doesn't know what color wire it's in...i don't even know why they would put that on there, like it matters.

My distro blocks are 1/0 in and 4 4 ga. out. Both my + and - are the same. Like said above though, current will flow through either way.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Doesn't matter. The inputs can be outputs, and the outputs can be inputs. They aren't directional. It just connects one wire to another. What you use as inputs and outputs doesn't matter.
