Comments on setup wanted, subwoofer and amp.

Hi!

First post, yay! Greetings from Norway.

I have a VW GOLF mk5 R-tsi 2007. I recently replaced the stock head unit with a Pioneer AVH-X8500BT (i think it's sold under the name AVH-X8500bhs other places in the world). This was a well-worth investment. The stock speakers in the car really shines with this head unit. I cannot believe the difference it made.

ANYHOW, now i want more. I am looking for a clean install. I'm not looking to shake my car to bits and pieces, but more depth to the sound and a little more punch of course. I listen to all kinds of genres.

The subwoofer(s) are going in a closed cabinet that i'm building myself. Saving space is a priority.

This is what i'm thinking so far:

Sub: 1x Infinity Kappa 120.9W

Amp: Infinity Kappa One

how much is your budget, for best bang for your buck, you can get a c2 audio 12" d4 for $129 shipped get an apsm 1500 for about $125 and run the sub on 2 ohm and if you ever want to get another sub your amp can sustain 2 sub wired in 1 ohm good luck

Shipping will be a pain from the states but if he wants to pay for it then hit it hard.

Cringe in Norway. If look into b2 or even cactus sounds amps and subs you can prolly get a system from those companies at a reasonable bing that you are already in Europe rather than buying from the states. Also look into phd out of Italy for components and of course Dls is out of Norway as well
