finally got the truck back today and man is the system nice. dont really wanna turn it up over 3/4 and over 1/2 way dims the lights. may need new alternator, but i think im going to try re wiring under the hood first.

these take up a bit of space.

the box is sealed and rear firing onto the back wall with 2x edead.

what kinda subs? how big is that box??? looks like its ~8 cubes... but its prolly less because of the false outer panels to stealth the amps in.

looks really clean. must wang pretty nice too.

definatly upgrade the big three, and if that dosnt solve it, get the new alt.

looking real good mang!

ive noticed at real high volumes that some of the bass notes do not sound right, and ive pin pointed the problem. my back wall flexes like a son of a ***** and so does my back fender wells on my bed hahaha. anyways i have 2x of edead layers in the back and i guess it isnt enough. should i put like a piece of wood against the back wall so see if that helps with flexing??

you might have to brace the back wall with somthin. try a thin piece of L shaped steel and some selftaping screws (if you want to go as far as screwing into your truck)

im sure thatd help the flexing.

it would be a ***** to get this box out. i was rear ended a while back and they are going to take off my bed so im thinking of putting mat on the outside wall. i would put it in between the bed and the wall when the bed is off, and i think while they have the bed off, i am going to spray that hard **** under my wheels wells. may even ground the amp directly to the frame.
