If Miami has a chance to go, if Texas or USC happen to lose, it won't matter which one of them Miami plays. The Canes can beat either team. USC would have a better chance because of their style of play. Texas is a typical 'good' college team but not great.

The ONLY reason USC won the Fresno game was because that fuk tard of a Quarterback for Fresno threw interception after interception..

Every ball he threw hit a USC player in the hands..

If I were Fresno I would skull FUK the QB tonight because he embarressed them on the field today..

Ok lets take a look at both Texas and USC's Schedule. Now everyone here is saying that Texas has not been tested yet, and they have not played a quality opponent. I agree to some point, but niether has USC. Even though they won last night vs. Fresno, thats a WAC team. Who was the last decent opponent that USC played? Ill give them Notre Dame, but do you remember how close that game was to going the other way. Im tired of all of the dammn USC fans saying they are number one. Well hell ya if you start the season off with Hawaii every year and play teams like Stanford, and Arizona. Given that every confrence does have their weak links (including the SEC) thats not my point its that the PAC 10 only has one or two strong links. So im tired of hearing this bullshit that USC will crush Texas because as of right now I dont see it happening. and I dare someone to question LSU's Schedule.

There it is. I was wondering when an LSU fan was going to finally chime in. Well, they've lost so it doesn't matter what their schedule is. USC has a very long winning streak going and that alone deserves a #1 ranking. USC should have played LSU in the championship 2 years ago but enough ranting about that. USC is #1 and thats all there is to it. Texas is #2 and rightly so. They will meet in the Rose Bowl, then and only then will we truly know who is better or atleast plays a better game.

By the way, I'm NOT a USC fan.........I'm a Michigan Wolverine fan no matter how shitty their season went.

Fresneck State is a good football team in a bad conference, much like Boise State last year, but Fresno isn't afraid to play anybody, and I think they played out of thier minds last night. USC did what they do, they found a way to win regardless, and this is what they will do to Texas. If they played Texas's schedule, they would drop 60 on everybody too.

I was NOT trying to make a point that LSU deserves to be in the National Championship. It would be nice, but UCLA would have to beat USC, and Texas would either have to loose to A&M or in the Big 12 champ. game. But look that wont happen. I was meerly saying that for USC to gain my respect they need to play a few difficult teams every year, Like VA Tech, Miami, Georgia, LSU, Florida, maybe a team like Iowa or Michigan from the Big 10. Now I dont expect them to travel across the county every year, but I would like to see them play some of the top perinial powerhouses in a reg. season game. Or Freson State needs to get into the PAC 10 and increase the number of top 25 teams in that confrence. Basically to sum it up USC is impressive, but they havent impressed me, sure they have had this great winning streak, and they beat a poorly prepared Okalahoma team last year in the Nat. Champ. Maybe its because I just dont like them personally, but primarily its because every sports reporter in the nation is on USC's Nuts. Dammn why couldnt Notre Dame pull out that win.

Last I checked they do play top teams every year- they smoke someone in a bowl game...The #2 team in the country! They were poorly prepared....How? They had over a Month to get ready!? They Beat Arizona State soundly when they were ranked like 12, They thrashed #8 Oregon at Oregon. Just because you don't like USC doesn't mean they aren't an awesome team with the best player in all of college football in Reggie Bush. They have done what was needed to win week after week for like 30 games in a row It does get tireing listening to the Press jock them, but they have earned it. For the record, I hate USC, but they are a friggin great football team, and I think Fresno State got jammed in the polls, I don't agree there are 15 teams that could hang with SC better than Fresno did. Sadly, look at Fresno's schedule- i guess it's a blessing for them they are where they are. It's okay to be bitter about your loss to Tenessee that looks worse by the day as Tenesse continues to **** ***.
