I'm eliminating Alabama from the poll since they lost to LSU, and Va Tech since they lost to Miami.

Edit: This also assumes that Miami, Penn St, and LSU win out the rest of the season they are currently #3,4,5 in the BCS respectively.

edit: LSU is not that good. Miami VS. USC even if they lose a game. if Texas loses, then no because their schedule is a joke at best.
I'm not an LSU fan, but they do have a good defense. I think I'd have to go with Miami, but I'm not sure who else I'd pick if Texas and USC loses. I'm thinking USC simply because they won the last two years, but I'm not sure that USC would be the best 1 loss team.

I would like to see miami get ahold of either of the top two teams. But judging by the looks of things it's gonna be usc v. texas. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

There is no team in college football that can beat Texas right now..

USC is good, but just good.. Not great..

Texas is going to win the Rose Bowl again this year..

Alright, to correct a mistake about LSU. LSU has probably the same amount of tallent as USC Texas and Miami. We just lack a coach that can use that tallent to its full potential. We only have 2 games left in the regular season Ole Miss and Arkansas. Both of those are easy victories, and more than likely we will face Georgia in the SEC championship. Now i have always thought that USC plays an easy *** schedule...because the Pac 10 is a pushover confrence, no where near on the level of the ACC and SEC. Though i would love it if USC would loose, there is simply no one that they play that can beat them. So my vote went to LSU vs. USC just to settle the 2 year old controversy in 2003, but it will be USC and Texas in the Rose bowl.

Nicely put but Georgia lost to Florida, so I believe someone else should step up to LSU in the SEC bowl. Possibly Auburn?

Nope...The SEC is Split up into two divisions the EAST and the WEST, the east consists of Florida, Georgia, S. Carolina, vanderbilt, kentucky, And tennesse, and the west consists of LSU, Auburn, Arkansas, Ole miss, Miss. State, and Alabama. (I think thats all of them) The championship game contains one team from the east and one from the west therefore LSU could not play auburn in the SEC champ. game. Right now LSU leads the west and controlls its own destiny(all we have to do is win out) Georgia is leading the east even though they lost to florida. Now if georgia looses its last game S. Carolina will go as long as they win out too. (sorry verrrrrry confusing). OH and Iagrdshaka I was at that game and it was horrible, I spent the rest of my time in orlando in the hotel...I was sick to my stomach.

correct to say the SEC is the best conference, but IMO Miami over LSU right now anyway. i do not think coker is any better a coach than miles so the overriding talent in MIA is what makes them better. however, if my poor Gators could just not be ******* and get injured all day, we would be in the SEC championship. but no excuses, i love how the SEC is such a competitive conference.

gotta check the lines this weekend and see what games i'll be playing ;P

Ohio State is giving 3.0 to michigan.... might take up on that one. that looks like a good game.

Virginia Tech givin 7.0 to Virginia .... lost faith in Marcus Vick with his loss to Miami, and Virginia is tough

USC's spread is too high

Purdue givin 11.0 to IU....

I don't really care about the teams per say. USC will win the national championship, Texas and is overrated I dont care what anyone says. The best part about college games, is the spreads that they give to some teams :p. Way better than NFL lines. I'd say MIAMI vs. USC in the championship game, and USC is gonna dominate 'em :p
