Cobalt SS needs some Audio!

well guys...

I use to have 2 12'' Rockford Fosgate P2 subwoofers.... powered by a rockford fosgate T-400-2 amp!

Loved the system, just wanted more. And something that gets more attention at car shows

so i was thinking about upgrading to Rockford fosgate T1 speakers powered by Rockford Fosgate Power T10001bd

would this be a good system? i have a deal for 550 for all of that and a CAP?

What I think they're saying, is that you should buy some better stuff. Rockford fosgate stuff is only okay. You can get better for your moneys, and that's always a good thing. Btw, don't worry about caps, not really good for anything. I'd check out AQ's website, audioque.com. They have really good stuff at really good prices. Any of they're subs would destroy rockford fosgate stuff, imo

Can get better for the $$ for sure... Don't waste ur time with the cap and before u do any big system upgrades(big power amps), upgrade ur electrical first.

What you like/want will be dependent on what kind of goals you have.

The two concepts are spl (loud) and sq (attention to detail, sound stage, fine tuning, and a bunch of other anal stuff). Then there's how much space your willing to give up and have to work with. Fi subs are a favorite. Cadence amps are good bang for you buck amps.

I think you would get more bang for the buck if you upgraded your amp first the cap will not help you hit that much harder as you might be thinking. But IMO I think you need less.
