in other news i saw it last night and it was better than i thought it would be. the only thing i would have liked was more info on where the monster came from and stuff like that.

I thought this movie was FANTASTIC. Yeah, they don't spell out the movie for you (I think they want you to have to think for yourself).

if you watch at the VERY end when the guy and his gf are at coney island you can see something falling from the sky into the water but you cant make it out to well.

IM thinking everytime there was a flash back something happens. Why waste time and keep flashing back?

I saw it. Pretty **** good minus the fact that I was one of the unlucky people to get sick from it. Half way through I felt nauseous for the rest of the movie. I had to finish it with my peripheral vision, or eyes closed.

I really don't think it was somthing from the sky like you guys are all saying. It almost looked like somthing swimming in the ocean, kinda like how a sharks fin comes out of the water briefly...thats at least what my friends thought.

I liked it. I can handle a movie where everything isn't handed to me on a platter. That and I don't have a weak stomach.

The first person POV added to it IMO, it would have been shitty any other way. Very entertaining flick. +1

Anyway, this movie is about the people trying to survive through the disaster. The monster only makes brief appearances.

And the ending raises more questions than answers since everything you know comes from the home video found after the incident. Look closely at the end right before the credits start and you can see the creature dropping from space into the ocean.
