i am most likely gonna be getting this hu, the alpine CDE7870.

im not really good with HU's so here's a list of full features.

i can get it for $250 Canadian INSTALLED, so that's a bonus. the install and it being regular price would be $340 so i save big $$

if anyone has had experience with this hu, plz share how you liked it

i just need the 1 RCA preout cuz im only using 1 amp too...

I'm really not all that familiar with Canadian $$$, but I think you could get that H/U for around 145-160 US. I'm not sure what kind of warranty you would get, but if you know how to install h/u's, then i'd find the cheapest most reasonable place I could. Reasonable meaning warranty included, ask questions, make sure that if it breaks, you won't be w/o a h/u for months at a time. Other than that I would say it is a reliable h/u, I have only heard good things about Alpine h/u's.
