Clean Music

Playing clean music files should be one of the top priorities for anyone who has a system that they care for.

The point of this thread is to gather clean music from other forum users because I can assume you all have this priority in line. Sadly I neither have the money to blow on itunes and I also have no idea what good music to bump is.

What I'm looking for is music with nice low bass that is clean, unboosted, free of distortion and free of clipping. My main concern is the low 30hz and below signals cuz I already know SQ amps tend to clip on lower signals.

I'd appreciate any info on clean music sources or any contributions of clean music. I don't discriminate or hate any specific types of music so all is welcome as long as a nice bass line is present.

I mainly seek music used to move the most air and hair

Learn to torrent. Ppl rip cd quality and put em on sites likes piratebay though that sites down atm. You can also use a program called audacity to clean up the inherent clipping in music.

Also use common sense when going hard, if you turn it up and it stops getting louder, back it off you are already clipping.

got 160s demo muzik on face book - he just realesed zip 1 with 20 songs.

Yea apparently piratebay is not working right now but I like to go to Torrentz - Torrent Search Engine it's a search engine for most popular torrent sites. ?Torrent® (uTorrent) - a (very) tiny BitTorrent client for the torrent program. If you're gonna torrent mp3's, make sure it's 320kps. If you want the highest quality ever, type FLAC music on that torrentz site and you'll find all the old classics in super high quality. It is gigantic files though just letting you know.

I love got 160s, slow N throw and bigpimpin's stuff and of course decaf. However OP needs to take caution, even if its clean, if the bass signal is very strong, it'll overdrive the amp driving to clipping. Or if its playing lower at a higher db level than his tuned enclosure can handle it'll overstress his woofers too.

Some of those songs i have to play a few clicks down or go from + 6 to +3 or 0 on the sub level.

nah don't have to sign up for anything.. just download straight from the site.

Yup thats the link^^. I like it because even though there's rap, there's NORMAL music too and there's the option of super slowed bass or a clean re-bass with high or low frequencies. Just click the song and it should download like normal.

yo thanks all for the giod sources i'm gonna get on a spree once i get my PC internet back. probably gonna loadup a USB for the back of my HU for discreet sources. i always thought having a HU preloaded with files was professional looking

i'll keep my eye out.. or ears for the songs with heavier signals that might push my system beyond limits

the tell tale sign is turning up the volume but not getting louder. by then your clipping back off until you can hear by ear it get less loud by a little bit

eventually you'll distinguish that at that point you are hearing distortion and backing it off a bit results in a lot cleaner sounding/feeling bass.

hmm i've never turned up the volume and haven't heard an audible increase in bass. all i do atm is bump just b4 the coils start to cook xD
