Classifying Amps (High, Middle, Low)

I'd like to see how you guys classify the brands of amps. Which amps are high end, which amps are middle, and which amps are beginner or low end amps.

I need to know because i want to get the best for the money i put out.

Here are the amps i would like any information on:

Phoenix Gold RSd 1200.1

Kicker ZX 1000.1

Rockford Fosgate Prime R1000

Alpine MPR 1000

Hifonics Brutus brz1700.1D

MB Quart 1.1500D

is there anything else i could be looking at as well?

maybe i just have lower standards but all those amps are at least middle amps, there all name brand and built well, anyone one should be glad to run one of them in a beginners setup.

^ I agree with that. Of those listed, I would say the Prime is perhaps the worst, but I have no experience with the BRZ to judge one way or another

Even though the AQ is only 870W at 2 ohm it would still be better than the 1200w phoenix gold or the kicker?

Nope. If they're 4 ohm dvc you'll be wiring to 1 ohm or 4 ohms...
