It's a foreign model, UK and the likes. Some are here in the states.

I'd be one of the first people to buy it (I'm a Clarion collector), but that's way to high of a price, you can get the HX-D10 (a better HU by far) for much less. And yes the 716 is the same as the 715. Nice HU really, my wife has the DXZ615/DPH7500z setup in her car.
