clarion cz702 or pioneer deh-9400bh

i need a new deck in my civic ep3. i've narrowed my choices down to these 2 headunits. i like the pioneers looks, but i suspect the clarion might have better SQ.

system will consist of a sundown saz-1000 and an eclipse 88150dvc 15" eventually going to go to 2 8's and reclaim some hatch space. i also have a 5 channel eclipse amp that will run my door and rear speakers.

i like the pioneer 80prs, but it is a little out of my price range. trying to stay under $200 on the head unit.

my only requirements are 3 sets of preouts and rear usb(tired of breaking off usb sticks in the front)

if i have missed any decent decks or deals, please inform me.

Looks like the clarion is your best bet for meeting these requirements.
