This is a new in the box Maelstrom 21 inch high throw subwoofer. It is a dual voice coil driver so there are several ways to wire it. I have 2 of them, one that I built a very serious downfiring box for my home theater that is powered by a 2,000 watt amp. This was going to be a second one of the same but let me tell you, one is totally enough! I have it new in the box, never used at all, opened the box to see that it arrived ok. This is one VERY big driver with a huge throw. Read about it online, there are lots of reviews that you can see. Some people have put these in vehicles but I have not personally seen one. I paid over $800 with shipping to get it here, yours for $500. Just have no need for it at this point. Have the biggest and baddest subwoofer in your town too! I think it weighs around 60 pounds but you can read up on that to be sure.

This item is roughly 1/2 hr from me so man oh man lol... but no way can I afford this. I could be a liaison if anyone from afar was serial about this.

i'm completely unaware of anything this sub has aside from the Maelstrom name... what it must sound like on 2k in a home setup.... mmmmmmmm

XBL^2 motor. Exodus has a nice product. I'd have high expectations if you could get it in a big enough box.

No they are just like car audio subs. For the diy home audio builder. I don't know anyone running a maelstrom 21 in a car. I'm sure some are. I run a few shivax-2 singles in a couple cars. DIYCable.com : Intro » Home » Exodus Subwoofers

guy over on DIYMA said he had it in 1.25 sealed, and its SICK. i dont remember how much power he was using tho
