Civic Hatchbacks

Anyone have these or have some kinda strange obsession with them? Considering picking one up, have a mid-sized ext cab truck atm, looking for something diff, just a fun little manual to drive around, and gut the back seats and put some nice sound in (something that can easily be taken out for when i feel like hittin track or something) make it all nice. Is there anything i should know about these that would alter my decisions?

Ofc this is a reality decision, sure a magnum or something would be nicer, but dont really wanna drop 12+ grand on a car right now... I imagine i can pick up a fairly nice hatch for under 6 and probably do a swap. Throw a pair of 15s or something in it. I noticed browsing car domain that theres so many ugly civic hatches with rediculous body kits, def not the way id go.

Im thinking around a 94 ish looks the best for my tastes if that matters with any recalls or something. 99 looks good too, not sure if those are the exact same lol

i got an '00 Focus with the back seats already gutted out. has nitrous kit already hooked up (full bottle). as is will run in the 13s. has 19" rims. might be interested in selling if you're interested.

i also have a box for 2 15" tuned to 39hz that i'll throw in as well as the Panasonic radio I have. the box was meant to go where the backseats were.

Civic hatches are the shit, look tight and can be made very fast for cheap. 92 civic hatch plus H22 = tear up your dads mustang (as long as its not a cobra)
