It's one of the risks you take buying B-market gear from an unauthorized reseller.

You failed to take the necessary steps to make certain that the whole process went smoothly so take some responsibility for your own actions.

CC is a business. They are not in the business of catering only to "audiophiles."

They are in the business of catering to a majority of the car audio buying public.

All in all Boss moves tons of units annually. Why? Because it's cheap. Yes, all of us here know why it is cheap ~ but the bottom line remains....it is cheap.

Low prices and flashy albeit useless graphics = sales to n00bs.

Protecting their bottom line is the business that they are in - and if picking up another budget (crap) brand assists them in that endeavor can you really blame them?

C'mon folks, be a bit realistic here.

I agree with prowler, we don't cater to audiophiles, just the average retard kid looking to get loud. I completely understand where the company is coming from, as a new product that has little cost and capable of a high resale value. I just hate carrying crap. I usually try and do my best to steer people away from the likes of jensen and such.
