Circuit breaker kinda sketchy?

I got this 250a circuit breaker for my 0awg power wire but I don't know about it.. it cost like $10 shipped from china and I'm not sure whether I should trust it or not.

how do I even know it works?(short answer: I don't)

They don't cost anything to make. That's about what they should cost.

Hell most are rebranded anyway, probably the same one you have gets 20 different brand names stamped on it
