how much are they where you are? like a little over a year when Granholm implimented the "Sin Tax" our cigarettes went up like 1.79 overnight. they're at $5.00 even for a pack of marlboro. and that's the cheapest i can find them.

but i just got a coupon in the mail from camel for $30 off a carton, so i'm happy about that.

however, the price of bullets has not gone up. for all you smokers, why dont you stop smoking, wait 20 years, and put a bullet in your head. at least you can enjoy the money you would have saved yourself, and have the same ultimate results.

I am one glad for the prices going up. I cannot stand the smell let alone someone smoking around me. I hated it when my girl did it. Thank god it was only once in a while and now she quit due to the baby, but she said how stupid it was. Now if my moms would stop!!!!

i cant stand it either. drives me up the wall. thank god i live in cali where you cant really smoke many places anymore, not even in bars. makes life that much better. i understand that we live in a country that honors liberty and freedom, but i feel that there should be a law that you can smoke in public as long as you respect others by not doing it around them and not disturbing them, upsetting them, etc... if you are asked to go elsewhere you must or put it out. i feel that it is just respect for those who choose not to be around smoke, dont want to breathe it, dont want to smell like it, and so on.
