JL Audio 2 8w0 in doors for midbass/bass

MB Quart RAA 4200 bridged to the 8W0's

MB Quart RAA 2400 to the Polks

MB Quart RAA 1000 on the subs @ 1ohm.

still need a badass x-over for three way set up...suggest away please!

Anything you might change?

pretty sure thats a "hell no"

unless the frequency response of them is like 60hz~500hz flat [or more], im gonna say its a waste of time.

otherwise it looks alright, i am no fan of polk, and i would personally sell them and upgrade to something better (dynaudio\dls 3way frontstage would be a great route to take by the looks of it, and im pretty sure they have crossovers too).

from the looks of it, the 8w0 isnt even listed on JL's site anymore.

and all the "w0" subs are here;

but they dont even list a fuc*ing frequency response of the da.mn things. so i cant tell you to be honest. i would say they were meant for SUBWOOFER application, so i would not waste time installing them when they might not even be close to efficent enough.

we've used 8w0s for midbass drivers and I wouldn't recommend it... they're good from 125 and below. i'd look into a dedicated midbass like a DLS or seas

get rid of those jl 8" for bass. Look into acsedent audio they have a nice 6.5 that puts out good mid bass
