Choosing the right amp

I have 2 12 Mags... Theyll be in a sealed box. Im just wondering what the ohms mean to it. Like is less better SQ or SPL or something like that. I think I was told once, but Im still a tad confused on it. I tryed searchin and Im still trying, figure this will work better though.

I know I could run the MA P3000.1 and the Sundown 1500D. But what should they be running at ohm wise, and why?

Also, is IA 20.1 still considered one of the best options for the Mags? And what about PowerBass XA3000D? Kinda would like to know bout MA P3000.1, but Ill search it now if anyone knows throw down your oppinion.
