I've always been partial to 5 spoke so without knowing what car they are going on I say 4.

I prefer wheels like #7, and #9, without the little "dots" going around the wheel. Those just draw too much attention to it.

I have number 3 on my 2000 accord in black not gunmetal. 18s

edit: my tires(or as you call rubber) cost me around $800, i got the Yokohama brand 40series lowpro,then i had to buy a new lugnut set with valvestems,plus a ProRating warranty from NTB
