No he wouldn't. He didn't even the primary. Freeman Hendrix beat him in the primary by over 13%. no republican ran so he was able to run for mayor. Freeman had a strong lead and the Detroit News almost declared him the winner, then out of nowehere a bunch of dead people voted Kwame in.
This is not city council's fault. They are trying to get the governor to remove him. The rebuilding is not Kwame, it was started by Archer who originally got the stadiums and casinos built. Kwame just happened to oversee the building.
