what are my options as far as selling and still being protected as far as paypal is concerned

I believe you have to ship to the confirmed address to be covered. Maybe someone else will chime in and help also.

true to an extent. I shipped soemthing to a PR address once and out of country address cannot (or couldnt at the time) be conformed. Guy tried scamming me, he lost because I keep ALL documentation of my big sales!
