that should be very easy to install. just do some research of how to take the head unit out properly, and wiring should be easy, i'd install it for u but here to chitown is a bit far.

Yeah, just a sign I've been on here too much. Nothing wrong with those subs. I just want to try something different or get a box better suited for them. They are in a ported prefab box. Any decent box builders in the area? Also I need some rings made for my front speakers. They jagoff that had it before me really did a number on the driver side door.

If all goes well, I will have something worth showing off the next time.

Me and Mike touched bases earlier this morning. I let him know what I needed done, gave him my dimensions and all of that. I saw his skills on the box he made for jbizzle. he etched the mtx logo in his box as well. From what I saw right there, it is worth the trip. I just wish he lived in Chicago. He could hook up with the dude named "Pops" that makes speakers and clean up. Pops makes the loudest 6x9s I ever heard, but people burn them out overpowering them.

he also made boxes for the entire DOA team except lil italy.

i heard of the name Pops but never heard any of his speakers.

Oh yeah, old man pops, only guy who actual repairs his speakers. Never heard any of them, but i know he has an awesome rep.

Mike is a good guy, just lives too **** far lol.
