Looks good...but where you show the port's length ending, it should be approx another half of the ports width past that because the wall of the port is also the back wall and it keeps extending outward, acting like the port still...

I got 4.3 without sub displacement so I'm assuming you're correct about the 4.1 cubic feet. The tuning is closer to 31hz though as your effective port length is around 33.5".

The effective port length will be the length of the line down the center in this picture:

And in case you didn't know, you can get the surface area of complex shapes using sketchup.

And like the others, I recommend putting in some bracing in there to strengthen the enclosure.

these are sd-1 12's so im barely going to be running 400 watts through this box. although i suppose it wont be hard to run a dowel vertically in the center

Google sketch-up is easy to use and free to download...I use it all the time, check it out

my rule: over 1k RMS = double baffle

More like 4" and yea, your net volume won't really change much.
