This will be my first time setting and amp the CORRECT way with an A/C meter just I want to verify that my numbers are correct. My amp is rated at 1700 @ 2 ohms. So I came up with sqrt(1700x2)= 58.309 A/C volts. Did I get that equation correct before I go ahead and tune the amp? I have read the tutorial and just want to make sure I got it all down so I dont blow my stuff up ya know? Thanks guys

If you are going to wire your subs to a 2ohm load then, yes, its correct.
