well the .7 will be the reactive load.

No it won't. The reactive load will be after impedance rise, after the coils heat up (raises impedance), also depends on what frequency your playing as well.

Here's your answer.

IF you want to the the MOST out of the amps, get dual 2ohm coils and strap @1ohm.

IF you don't want to get the MOST out of the amps. Get dual 1ohm coils and strap @2ohms.
