if you wanna go cheap check out used items in the buy/sell/trade forum....best way to go in my opinion.

You can usually find a 1000 watt amp for 200-250 and a nice solid 15" sql sub for a similar price if you look hard enough

Probably the best and cleanest budget 1k watt amp you are going to find. Just make sure you have room for this beast....its 25 inches long.
