Cheap way to lower 2wd

If you really want to go cheap, heat up your front coils and let em drop a little, the rear you could possibly flip the leaf springs ?

Its way half assed, good luck.

aftermarket springs seems like your only option with that budget. i personally run eibach sportlines in my car and their great. but if your gonna go half *** on suspension, wait til you have the funds for a complete setup (struts/springs/camber kit if neccesary/alignment).

replacing only the springs can lead onto premature wear on the struts which will eventually become shot and their goes unsafe driving conditions.

cut your springs the amount of drop you want?

You will have a harsh, not to mention unsafe, ride if you cut your springs. The only problem I see you having later on is stock struts/shocks will wear out faster.
