Yes, the stroker is a nice spl sub. But it does not mean its the best, it has been out for a while. You have also not ever heard ED, RE, or any Adire subs, because they will all put up a fight in SPL and anhilate them in SQ. Also the brama, the stroker, the xxx, and hell even the K are out of his price range, try being intelligent.

Ok, so theres a stroker pro, it has 2 spiders, handles a ton of power, gets very loud, but wait...costs more than a W7. So i'm sure since this guy asked for a 100 dollar sub, 800 dollars would fit the bill, not to mention the cost of huge amps, batteries, and a new alternator. But i'm still the idiot...

I am gonna have to stand up for altecz on this one. He didn't suggest the Pros he suggested the V-MAX. And they are in the price range. Don't know how good they are but they are in the price range.

I was not calling him ignorant for suggesting the V-max's, I was saying hes ignorant for saying the xxx, the k, and the brama all **** compared to the stroker pro. Alright, so I forgot which sub he recomended, either way it was an ignorant comment. This place is really starting to **** again.

bargain subs .... performance teknique comes to mind. i have been thru 4. 2 blew due to clipped signal and then i ran 2 more off an abahn 1800watt amp LOUDLY on a low tuned box and they WANGED. they freq picks up nicely on these subs for low bass. probably not overrated but def worth the money
