Cheap, Decent 10" Sub for Sound Quality...

Looking for a decent sub in the sub-$100 range (I know, not much to work with) to stick on a system. I'll probably hook it up to a decent low-end amp of around 250-400W per.

After reading, I'll likely seal the box rather than port it, as I like rock and metal (not so much rap or hip-hop), and I have no need to bounce mountains around or anything, just a nice crisp, fast bassy tone. :S

I was also wondering - two 10"s, or a better 12"? I was initially looking at the Kicker CVR10, but I don't know how they are quality wise. Help would be appreciated.
