Like I said before, nobody that I've known with DD has had a problem with the glue joint failing, just popping coils or something else. The rope is only part of the glue joint. The spiders and the coil are also glued to the former from the underside of the cone.

Your shit was gank from the get go man. They were prototype motors that obviously DD had no clue what to do with, so they gave you some shit parts and it fell apart.

Obviously you have an issue with their assembly methods if you keep bringing it up and hinting that this somehow was behind the reason that your subs failed.

Ghetto or not, its just something that makes the joint stronger instead of just using CA glue on the top.

Id have more of a problem with the Toilet paper spiders, paper thin cones, and tiny 800 watt coil than i would care about the rope, but thats just me
