Thanks Jacob for posting the pics, how much did all that cost you total, I would really be interested in reconing mine as you did yours.

I have one on its way to me, I will play around with it as is, but the plan is to recone it into something nice, maybe a 10" D2 , I dont know though.

Hmmm... RE re-cones like that typically run ~$90-100 dollars... I got my baskets for around $20-25 or so and terminals for $2 per sub, IIRC. So not a whole lot of money.

does anyone know for 100% if the reconekits from DD fits in the konaki sub? and does the DD basket has the same boltsize? (can i put a older 4spoke DD basket on the konaki magnet?)

I blew one of mine testing a 3000D on the pair. I had probably weakened it earlier testing 3000Ds on 1 sub at a time //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Anyhow... putting a 12-spoke and a flat-wind RE based re-cone on it to get them running for testing again. The spider landing is slightly too small to take the RE style spider so I could not use the stock basket.

He got connected with Konaki and re-sells for them now on e-bay.
