cheap amp for 12 cvr?

One of my black buddies brought a really beat up sub and asked me to see if it works. It does and i would like to recomend him a nice amp for it since he will judge power in MAX power. I think i will just throw it in 1cube sealed for the moment and if he wants ported or bigger i will build one.

I dont have much experience with Cvrs so how much power can they handle. I know that it will be wired to 2 ohm final so i would need it to be 2 ohm. Thanks if you guys help me.
