Cheap alternative sound deadening

Im looking for some cheap alternatives to deaden road noise/engine noise in my 67 falcon. Its an older car so as you know its pretty bare bones as far as insulation, other than carpet. Im pulling the entire interior out to repair 2 rust spots in the floor and after that im gonna be coating the floor with body coating and want to apply some deadener or something under there to help with the ride quality.

Ive looked at some of the vinyl/foam yoga mats for cheap and i thought i saw somewhere that people had been using them as alternatives to the mass loaded vinyl/foam mats. Right now i want to spend maybe 50-60$ to do some deadening, i figure i can atleast get it quieter with that. Whats some suggestions? Ive used dynamat and damp pro in my daily driver, and like the way they both work out, damp pro seems alot thicker but i dont wanna spend a whole lot of money like i said. Thinking about trying that sludge stuff they have

Amazon has vinyl you can get pretty cheap.

That stuff they use for metal roofs.. Forgot the name, but it does pretty good actually

Comes in a roll and is 1/2 the price od name brand deadner

Also Peel n seal is for external use anyways,.. Used it as a pole barn ridge cap seal.. so yea, thats what he should get..
