Cheap 15" SQ subwoofer

What should I get my dad for his birthday? He wants a 15" subwoofer(cause I have a 15" box) for his computer downstairs(and he has an amp that we hooked up to my rl-p and it sounded great). He can use one 4 ohm speaker at 400 watts.

So, for cheap(under 150), to get good SQ(he doesn't care how loud), what should I look at?

for what he wants, im really thinking a tempest..adire produces great home-theater subs..

on a serious...anyone ever tried a blastking sub for HT...those things are lovely...although they are for pro apps...they sound very good and are very accurate...and rather cheap
