Changing a box-mounted amp?

Hey I'm new here so I'm a noob at car audio = ). But I was wondering, I currently have a rockford fosgate amp mounted on the back of my ported sub box and I'm getting a new Hifonics BXi 1606D amp tomorrow. The amp is held there with 4 wood screws and if i took them out wouldn't i have to seal them up and if so whats the best solution?

Could i just leave the screws there and mount my new amp over them in new holes? Should i use some glue or what? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I would dab a little calk or silicone in the holes and use new holes...You want the amp as stable as possible and by using the same hole twice it will become a looser fit and more play with the amp moving!
