Change in plans- lookin for a 2ch amp now

had plans on pulling the sidewall panels and fiberglassing the amp into the wall and the sub in the other side wall. takin a better look at it last night realized that it is gonna be a pain in the *** and dont have any idea when id be able to do it soooooo................ decided at least for now to just used the memphis amp i have for my sub and purchase a 2 ch amp for my comps. would like to get my hands on an older memphis amp that would match the one i have now. but seein whats out there.

--needs to be somewhere between 75-150 watts rms @ 4 ohms

--small footprint as it will be going under a seat that doesnt have much room to begin with.

--the cheaper the better.........not looking for junk (please no jensen or comparable) but also not looking to spend a lot. would really like to be able to find one for @ 100 bucks.

-- please include specs including footprint size and power when responding, pics would help as well
