Change Amp Settings for New Box?

Hey, I'm pretty new at car audio, and I just built myself a 2.0 cubic ft. ported box tuned to 32hz. I previously had a sealed box, and I want to know if I need to change my amp settings to compensate for the new box. Right now, I'm running an Alpine Type R 12" 4-ohm subwoofer off of an Alpine MRD-605 amp. I'm pushing ~400 watts RMS to the sub. Right now, my amp settings are:

Gain: 0.5

LP Filter: 85hz

Do I need to change anything before hooking up my sub in my new box? Thanks alot for your help, I really appreciate it!
