im just kidding man i have had it for about 2 years now and it is having alot of things go wrong with it like sometimes it will freez and the battery sucks and the speaker in the headset rattles, so im due for a new one

If your going to bust it. Make it their fault. Talk on it while there backing out of the driveway, then proceed to run towards them like you've something you need to tell them. Then "accidentally" fall and drop the phone right under there tire. Then they run it over and they have to buy you a new one. Problem solved/thread

let me know if it works out for you. if it dosen't then tell your parents you don't want a phone anymore. Then take off on a friday night and come back monday. If your parents say they worried to death about where you were, tell them if they bought you a new cell phone they wouldn't have had that problem.
