If your going to bust it. Make it their fault. Talk on it while there backing out of the driveway, then proceed to run towards them like you've something you need to tell them. Then "accidentally" fall and drop the phone right under there tire. Then they run it over and they have to buy you a new one. Problem solved

I worked for att for 4 years. If yo have ins. on the phone you can just say you lost it and file a claim. Because it wasnt stolen you dont need a police report and they will just red flag the esn so it cant be activated with out showing up in their system.
