When I was over 300 pounds I didn't fit on some rides with the over the shoulder harness because of my shoulders being too big. I just missed clicking becuase of my shoulders.

Guests of Exceptional Size

All passenger restraint systems, including lap bars, shoulder harnesses and seatbelts, must be positioned, fastened and tightened to allow guests to ride.

Due to rider restraint system requirements, guests of exceptional size may not be accommodated on some of our rides. This may apply, but not be limited to, males who exceed 6'2", and those who exceed 225 pounds, have a 40" waistline or 52" chest or females who exceed 200 pounds or wear size 18 or larger. Each person has different body proportions, so it is impossible to determine exact size and weight.

Guests who have ridden Millennium Force in the past may no longer meet the requirements of the current rider restraint system.

Our larger guests may experience difficulty on Blue Streak, Chaos, Corkscrew, Disaster Transport, Mantis, Maverick, maXair, Mean Streak, Millennium Force, Mine Ride, Power Tower, Raptor, Skyhawk, Top Thrill Dragster, Wave Swinger, Wicked Twister.

Pepsi cans and AAA have discounts for tickets.

Do Raptor first, as it's right in front and very little wait. I usually hit it on the way out as well, to get one last ride without a line.

I didn't read much of this thread but in case it wasn't already mentioned, be careful on the Mantis.

Bend your knees just a tad before they lock the seats, your nuts will thank you at the end of the ride..
