i am using the CL 6.5" series classics and love them, they take plenty of power, extra smooth silk tweeter and the midbass is not lacking at all.

I got my pair the other day. orignaly ordered the cl50s and when i recieved it they left a little note saying we gave you a higher model. i was happy matches my amp better anyways. plus everyone is saying midbass isnt all there. its true to the most part but still an awsome sounding pair of drivers. love the highs and mids. some of the mid bass is still there

Contact Djdilliodon through PM or on ebay if you want CDT. For new authorized stuff he has the best prices. I have bought from him more than a couple times. HD series stuff is way better than the CL or EF stuff and the ES or Gold is whole nother topic IMO.

You can never go wrong with choosing Rainbow either.

I am a fan of both CDT & Rainbow. The lower end Rainbow stuff is better than the CDT IMO. If you can get some CDT HD stuff on the cheap then you got a winner.

Before I would buy CL or EF for a budget set I would buy PGrsd comps or Crystals.

Something else to take a look at would also be Pioneer 720PRS comp set.

i found an hd-62 set for $170 if i can for sure fit 6.5" without a shit load of mods then im probably going with those. they have the tw-24 tweet, and the sat 560 x over.
