Whick midbass is better re xxx 6.5 mids the old ones.... or cdt 6.5 m6 mids? They both take 150 rms?

For what range? CDT has many offerings to do different things in that size. The M-6's with the right X-over setting will shake your doors. Can you even get the XXX 6.5's with a matched X-over?

M6 driver is quite a nice midbass driver. i don't like it above 800hz but its right now for anything lower. Check your PMs.
