well, back again after much hesitation. Basically, when i bought my deck (the Excelon) i got free kenwood speakers (free meaning 50 dollar ones). Since i have no sub, i use my stock 6x9's and max out the bass boost (yeah, its fun).
Anyway, i was looking for some moderately inexpensive, slim coaxil's, and found the EF-61NEOX which is basically the EF Neo Components...except not components (at least on paper). Crossover aside, i was wondering if anyone had tested or used them (unless i want to drive 400 miles to california, i can't test them myself). Sarcasm aside, i was just wondering if CDT's are good speakers, which can produce a natural sounding...sound (they do have silk tweets).
In the bass department, i also killed another bird with one stone, the CDT 6x9 subs (perfect for a stealth install, and i'd need one. I'm sure where i live someone would take them if they saw them). Anyway, i was wondering if anyone had any experience with them or CDT subs in general.
thats about it. I'm just posting to make sure that the experts here will confirm that CDT's are good.
Thanks.
